Minor Variations - Procedure - Reminder

Just a reminder and a heads up that minor variations do require advertisement on site for the requisite period of 10 working days (white, not blue paper!).

We are hearing of at least one Authority who - if the notice is not displayed appropriately - will reject the application and retain the £89 fee. They are not willing to reset the consultation period or apply the old fee towards a new application.
